Personal Information Collection Statement

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority ("HKMA") has engaged Deloitte Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited ("Deloitte") as the HKMA's service provider for administering and handling the registration of the 2026 Green Fintech Symposium ("Symposium").

Deloitte and its subcontractor (Mindmad Creation Limited) collect personal data through this registration form. Any personal data so collected are to be used for the purposes relating to the planning and conducting of the Symposium including but not limited to (a) processing your registration for the Symposium, (b) administering and planning for the Symposium, (c) maintaining an event participants' database, (d) communicating Symposium-related information and responding to your queries about the Symposium, and (e) obtaining your feedback on your Symposium experience (collectively, the "Purposes"). The supply of the personal data is on a voluntary basis but refusal to supply the personal data may result in Deloitte being unable to register you for the Symposium. Deloitte will take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that such personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of the Purposes or permitted by the applicable laws. Deloitte may transfer your personal data to the HKMA and third party service providers engaged by Deloitte that are directly involved in the Symposium to the extent necessary and appropriate for the Purposes. Such third party service providers will be contractually required to use the personal data provided only for the Purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, and to implement effective security measures to protect such personal data. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by Deloitte. Consent Statement for Media Recorded

By attending the 2026 Green Fintech Symposium ("Symposium") in person or by electronic means, you agree to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority ("HKMA") or third party service providers. You further confirm and agree that:

(a) any of the photographs, videos and sound recordings recorded at the Symposium with your personal images and voice so captured, or any reproduction, adaptation or modification thereof ("Media") may be broadcasted or distributed by the HKMA or any of HKMA's affiliates via various internal or external communication channels (such as websites, advertising materials, media releases, or other public avenues);

(b) the copyright (if any) and all other rights, title and interest in respect of the Media vest in and shall be irrevocably assigned to the HKMA absolutely, and the HKMA and HKMA's affiliates shall have, in perpetuity, the unfettered right to use or deal with the Media in any way and in any medium that the HKMA thinks fit;

(c) you waive all rights relating to the Media to which you may be entitled, including, but not limited to, the right to inspect the Media, the right to approve the use of the Media and the right to receive compensation for the use of the Media; and

(d) you release and discharge the HKMA and HKMA's officers, employees, service providers, representatives and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from, out of or in connection with the capture, use, adaptation, modification or distribution of the Media, including but not limited to claims of defamation, or invasion of privacy.
